Nasr drafts a wide range of corporate documentation in English and Arabic. His client base extends from international real estate companies and family conglomerates to law firms and local and international companies operating in Bahrain.
Nasr has developed strong relationships with governmental bodies and regulators, including the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism (MOICT), the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), the Economic Development Board (EDB), the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB).
Nasr holds a bachelor degree in Law (LLB) from Cairo University. Prior to joining Keypoint, Nasr worked with multi-nationals, family businesses and law firms and was the board secretary for one of the largest family groups in Africa.
Bilal advises his clients – including private offices, banking and financial institutions, and family-owned businesses – on structuring and restructuring companies in accordance with their commercial objectives and the regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulations, the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law and Bahrain’s recently updated corporate governance code.
Bilal has assisted clients with incorporating new companies, liquidating companies, company secretarial work and compliance. He drafts a wide range of corporate documentation, including constitutional documents, property sale agreements, notices and agenda for annual and extraordinary general meetings, minutes, resolutions and powers of attorney.

She has offered VAT advisory for some of the GCC’s leading financial institutions, including a leading Bahrain-based conventional bank, a market-leading insurance broker headquartered in the UAE and one of the largest takaful providers in Saudi Arabia. She also has deep expertise in the oil & gas sector, having been seconded to the investment and business development arm of a national oil and gas authority. Zainab is fluent in English and Arabic and has an industry pedigree, having previously worked in accounting, reporting and internal control.
Zainab has a BSc in Employment Relations and Organisational Studies and Education from the University of Auckland (New Zealand) and is a certified management accountant (CMA). She recently passed her CFA level 1 at the first attempt.
Sagar is an experienced IT security professional with significant information security and risk assessment expertise and an in-depth knowledge of security around networks, web and mobile applications.
Having worked extensively on security assessments across the MENA region, he has deep technical and analytical experience and is skilled in penetration testing, web application and mobile security.
With an expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security architectures, he understands cloud infrastructure threats at a technical and managerial level and has a detailed knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques. Sagar also has deep interest in Fuzzing, Reverse Engineering, etc and its application in attacking and defending networks..
Recognised as an emerging Bahraini subject matter expert on VAT with a particular focus on financial services, AbdulRahman Bucheeri has, over the last two years, developed a deep understanding of VAT, including as part of a leading Bahrain-headquartered international bank’s in-house tax function.
AbdulRahman has worked in a number of different GCC countries with ‘Big 4’ firms. With a deep understanding of VAT touch-points within businesses and VAT implications for different corporate functions, he has provided VAT implementation, compliance and advisory services to firms in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Bilingual (Arabic and English), AbdulRahman has a BSc (Business administration and management) from Carnegie Mellon University (Qatar) as well as the CIMA advanced diploma in management accounting.
