- Organize, structure and lead a sales team to meet the company targets
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and ensures its strong market presence and monitor sales performance
- Set and segregate target by customer, channel, and team members
- Prepare sales contracts following company rules and regulations
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
- Prepare accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity and submit to management
- Prepare sales & promotion budget
- Develop and deliver highly effective multi-channel marketing campaigns and social media presence including website content
