Sales & Marketing Manager

  • Organize, structure and lead a sales team to meet the company targets
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and ensures its strong market presence and monitor sales performance
  • Set and segregate target by customer, channel, and team members
  • Prepare sales contracts following company rules and regulations
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
  • Prepare accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity and submit to management
  • Prepare sales & promotion budget
  • Develop and deliver highly effective multi-channel marketing campaigns and social media presence including website content
