The
Key Point approach for project management is a tested and systematic
method that assures communication, collaboration, and on-time delivery
for your project. The Key Point project manager will work with your
team to keep the program on track. Your private Project-Review Web
will be password protected for you and your team to access your project
to review the results of our work.
Prototype Stage   
The purpose of the prototype stage is to quickly clarify and visually
define detailed project requirements. After working with your staff
and getting a full understanding of your company programs and web
design goals, a creative design is developed in picture format that
illustrates the intended navigation and design. The composites communicate
an accurate picture of what the site will look like, the colors, style,
and navigation that is to be developed. If your site includes Flash
presentations, your composites will be multi-frame picture storyboards.
Your
approval is required to go to the next stage of the project.
Implementation
Stage
During the implementation stage your Web Templates are developed
and tested on popular computer platforms and browsers. Once complete
they are used to construct, program and contain the content of your
website. Your content will then be converted and organized as designed
to implement the site. The Key Point project manager will work with
your team to keep the program on track. Your private Project-Review
Web will be password protected for you and your team to access your
project. The web will then be tested and presented for your review.
After your review and revision round editing is completed, quality
assurance testing of your website is executed by Key Point.
You
will be asked for final approval prior to installation.
Installation
and Warranty
Key Point provides installation of your website on your development
and production web servers. Optional website installation
training can be provided, which consists of detailed review and
explanation of your web's structure and HTML templates and maintenance
process. Key Point warrants that websites or web templates will
operate substantially as specified during the 30 Day Warranty period
after installation. Key Point will responsively resolve issues
reported during the warranty period. You may also plan for Key Point
to provide various levels of support after your installation..
