Project System
How
does an advertising agency track the project process and the activity
of all the contractors, employees and consultants? A web agency
project system allows customers, employees and contractors to access
and update the project status from their home, office or client
office. Key Point assisted Source Communication with this challenge
and produced the Project Management and Tracking System.
This application
was built using Microsoft ASP combined with MS SQL Server data base
technology. The application was installed in at a ISP COLO site
and managed for United States wide access.
Project Information
Sales representatives, managers and clients could access the
system to check on the status of projects. Contractors could access
the system to determine the contact information of clients and your
other users. Reports are easily created that show the current activity
or budgetary status.
Calendar
Interface for Consultants, Contractors and Employees
A calendar interface provides the perspective of the employee. Simply
state what projects you worked on today, the activity that you accomplish
and the time it took. A very convenient access method which helps
to keep the system accurate.
