Worldwide Service Quotation System
How does a corporation track the quotation process and proposal contract process throughout the world? How do you control pricing effectively throughout the world? How do you announce new products and services to your worldwide sales force? Using a web based worldwide service quotation system provides answers to all these questions.

This application was built using Microsoft ASP combined with Oracle data base technology. The application was installed in a headquarters office and managed for worldwide access.

Sales representatives and managers could access the system and create proposal quotations on-line. When finished the system tracked the proposal through proposal time limits, price decreases and managed each sales representative proposals in a simple list report. Below you will find one example of the many list reports available on the worldwide system.

The product manager is always challenged with the process of introducing new products and changing price and promotions on other products. This was accomplished through a product manger database of which you see one section below.

This system is on revision 5.0 and has lasted for three years. Initial planning thought this system would be obsolete in one year.
