Please
use the Request for Proposal
Form to begin communicating your project
requirements to Key Point. Key Point will call you to discuss your
website requirements and the various features your believe are critical
on the first release. A proposal is prepared after our discussions
that specifies the work to be done.
Your
proposal will include a statement of your requirements, the Key
Point solutions, budgetary costs and milestones for the project
and show options that you may choose to enhance your website. Some
of the information required to generate a proposal are:
- Are you repositioning
the company or adding a major new product or product line?
- What are
the major company attributes that your customers are attracted
to?
- What
are the major website sections you perceive are important to your
customers. How many pages of content are expected on your site?
- Do you have
your own team to implement the content? Portions of the content?
- How many
HTML forms have you planned?
- When do you
want to implement the site? What type of server are you using?
What programming languages are available on the server?
- Do you want
the site to be announced to web directories and search engines?
- Would you
like an eight hour response web support contract?
