The Key Point Support Services program provides your team with responsive same day services for publishing new content and resolving issues with your website. Now you can be assured that you get a high level of service throughout the life of your website.

Warranty
All websites are warrantied to operate substantially as proposed for 30 days after the installation or delivery by Key Point. This warranty covers all workmanship related to the website. It does not cover adding new information or changing current information available on the website.

Support Services
Key Point provides support services for your website with a One Year Support Agreement or as a Advanced Purchase Order Time and Materials per request. Our support program provides for 8 hour response to a request for changes. Most change requests are completed the same day they are submitted.
